Just finished The Pitt in two days and I'm still thinking about it
Started it last Friday night around 8 PM, and by Sunday afternoon I was done with all 15 episodes. Has anyone else found that shows set in real time make them feel way more anxious than a normal medical drama?

You know I was kind of skeptical about the whole real time thing at first? I thought it was just a gimmick. But yeah, watching this show totally changed my mind, I couldn't look away from that closet kid scene either.

Pacing my living room" is exactly how I felt during episode 4 too @jamie940, I was basically jogging in place by my couch. Actually that reminds me of when I tried to watch 24 back in the day and had to stop because my heart rate was legitimately hitting dangerous levels like I was the one defusing the bomb. The real time thing is so effective it almost feels unfair, like the show is speedrunning my anxiety. I swear by episode 7 I had to pause just to breathe and even that felt wrong somehow.

Episode 4 with the kid locked in the closet had me pacing my living room. Real time just makes every pause feel like a personal attack. I couldn't even pause it without stressing about missing something.
