My Netflix account got hacked right before my weekend binge

I was all set to finally watch that new sci-fi show everyone's talking about last Friday, but someone in a different state logged in and changed my password. I had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service to get it sorted out. Has this ever happened to anyone else right before a big TV marathon?

Ugh, tell me about it. My phone completely died right as I was trying to use a digital boarding pass at the airport gate. I had to sprint to a charging station while the line piled up behind me. Now I keep one of those tiny battery packs in my jacket pocket all the time. It's saved me so many times when I'm out and about.
