Dropped my Honda off at a shop in Nashville for a simple alternator swap. They said 2 days. After a week of calling, they finally admitted they ordered the wrong part. Then another week for the right one to show up. Total time was 12 days. The shop acted like that's normal. Am I crazy for thinking a basic job like that shouldn't take more than 3 days tops?
