A woman at my library book club argued the villain in 'Gone Girl' was actually the hero.

She said it in the community room last Tuesday, completely straight-faced. Has anyone else had a debate that flipped a book on its head like that?

Yeah, right in the community room. She was standing by the coffee machine and just said it to the whole group. No filter at all.

Honestly, I just told the group that Amy's 'cool girl' speech got me to rethink everything and it actually opened up the whole room.
