Cut off my cousin Dee after she skipped my dad's funeral, best choice I ever made
My cousin Dee and I grew up like sisters in Baltimore, but when my dad passed in April she chose a work trip to Vegas over the funeral and never called to say sorry. I sat with that for a while and finally sent her one short message saying I was done. Two people in my family said I was being too harsh, but I sleep better now and my Sundays are quiet. Has anyone else cut off a relative over something they did at a funeral?
