My resume went from 0 callbacks in 5 months to 3 interviews in 2 weeks, and the only thing I changed was the top line
I swapped my generic "Recent grad seeking opportunities" headline for the actual job title I was applying for, like "Junior Data Analyst." Recruiters scan for 6 seconds, so giving them the exact words to match saved me from getting filtered out before a human ever saw it. Has anyone else tried rewriting their headline like this, and did it actually help or was it just luck for me?
