Recruiter ghosting me for 3 weeks, then a single LinkedIn post changed everything

I applied to a data analyst role in Austin and heard nothing for 3 weeks, so I posted a quick walkthrough of a dashboard I built and tagged the company. Two days later the hiring manager messaged me asking to set up an interview. Has anyone else found that putting your work out publicly gets more replies than blasting out applications?

Posted my SQL project publicly, got three interviews in a week. Public work beats blind applications every time.

Gonna admit I thought networking was everything, but seeing this totally flips my view on just putting work out there.
