Warning: I noticed my team always went quiet after sales calls
We'd finish a client meeting and everyone would just scatter to their desks, frustrated. The problem was no one was talking about what went wrong while it was fresh. I started asking for a quick five minute huddle right after any tough call. We just stand in the hallway and say what we would do differently. It stopped the same mistakes from happening twice and made the whole team feel less stressed.

Oh the classic post-meeting ghost routine. My team used to do the same thing, just silently fuming at our screens like we all just witnessed a crime but agreed not to talk about it. Your hallway huddle idea is genius, because otherwise we'd all just spend the next hour replaying the disaster in our heads while pretending to work. It's way better to just point out the obvious train wreck together and laugh it off for five minutes.

My old boss tried that huddle thing and it just turned into five extra minutes of awkward silence. Honestly, sometimes you just need to go back to your desk and forget a bad call happened.

Was it really that much of a train wreck, or are we just hyping up normal bad meetings? Sometimes a manager just repeats an idea, or someone rambles for too long. That's just Tuesday. I've seen way worse, like actual yelling or a project getting totally scrapped. This sounds like pretty standard stuff to just move on from.
