The bus stop bench that talks back in Seattle

Last Tuesday I sat next to a guy who told me the graffiti on the bench was a coded message from his landlord about rent forgiveness, and now I can't walk past that bench without checking the scribbles for hidden advice, does anyone else have a spot in their city that feels like it's personally messing with them?

Reminds me of that bench in Portland that supposedly predicts rain. Those scribbles know things.
