Finally cleared out my craft room after 2 years of avoiding it
I went to a friend's house last month and saw how she uses those clear plastic bins for her sewing stuff. That simple idea got me to finally go through every box in my craft room last weekend. I ended up donating 3 full trash bags of old fabric and supplies I knew I'd never use. Now I can actually walk in there and find things without digging through piles. Anyone else have a friend's house give them that kick to get started?

Oh man, that clear bin trick is gold. I did the same thing after seeing my neighbor's garage setup and now I actually want to go in my workshop instead of dreading it.

Ngl @oscarc12, clear bins just make me feel like I’m paying full price for packaging. Give me cheap cardboard boxes any day, at least I won’t cry if one gets scratched up.

Man, I had a buddy who finally reorganized his garage after seeing his sister-in-law's pantry. He said it was the most satisfying weekend he'd had in years.
