That time I tried to declutter my garage and ended up with a yard sale disaster
Last Saturday I finally got sick of looking at my cluttered garage and decided to tackle it. I pulled everything out onto the driveway and sorted it into keep, toss, and sell piles. Three years of accumulated junk, tools I never used, and old Christmas decorations came pouring out. I priced stuff for a quick yard sale and sold about 20 items for $45 total. But here is the kicker, I put my good set of socket wrenches in the wrong pile by accident and sold them for $5. The buyer drove off before I realized my mistake. Has anyone else zoned out during a big declutter and lost something important?

Not gonna lie, I tape two big signs on my piles now so I don't mix them up again.

Oh wow, that's a rough one. You mean you actually went back and did the whole thing over again? That takes some guts, I gotta say. I'd probably just let it sit there and haunt me forever rather than face it a second time. You must have nerves of steel or something, honestly.
