The 47 rubber bands from my desk drawer made me question everything

My coworker said she keeps every rubber band that comes with her lunch because 'you never know,' and I just dumped out a drawer full of 47 of them plus 12 loose paperclips and now I'm wondering what other junk I'm defending with that same excuse, anyone else have a 'just in case' category that's actually just a pile?
