The $60 storage bin that made me question every box I own
I have gone through maybe 20 different storage bins over the years, always hunting for the perfect one. Last month I grabbed this clear latching bin from a hardware store in Tacoma for $60 because it was the only size left. I figured it would just hold my winter coats and I would forget about it. But after packing it up with old holiday decorations, I realized the lid actually snaps shut with zero effort and the walls are straight enough that things stack perfectly without leaning. My other bins shift around and the lids pop off when I carry them, so now I am stuck wanting to replace them all. That one bin has shown me how much of my clutter problem is actually bad containers making me avoid the task. Anyone else had one piece of gear completely expose how crappy the rest of your setup is?
