Vent: I spent $70 on storage bins that made my closet worse

I bought matching clear bins from Target to organize my closet, thinking it would look amazing. But now I can't fit half my stuff in them because they're too small for winter coats, so I just have clutter stacked on top. Has anyone else bought the wrong size storage and regretted it?

Wait, did people actually think clear bins would make their closets look better? I used to be all about that matching aesthetic but honestly I just ended up shoving stuff anywhere. Those bins are never the right size for anything practical.

Ngl @ruby_henderson36 the clear bins thing was always a lie - you can see the mess inside clear plastic anyway, so what's even the point of "matching" something you can still see through? Tbh the real hack is just using random cardboard boxes from Amazon, nobody's peeking in your closet.
