Adding client videos to our site brought more Edmonton cases our way.

I was checking out law firm websites in Edmonton last week. I saw that some now have videos where clients talk about their cases. We decided to try it on our own site. After we put up a video, we got more phone calls. One firm in the city center uses these videos in ads on Facebook. It seems like seeing a real person helps build trust. What do you think about using video for legal marketing here?

You're right that seeing a real person builds trust, and client videos do that well. From what I've seen, they help because people feel more at ease hearing from someone like them. It's a good move for Edmonton, where local reputation is everything.

Yeah, mark436 gets it. Videos feel more real because you can see the person's face and hear their tone. That local trust is huge here, so showing actual happy clients talking is way stronger than just a written quote.

Totally. Saw two neighbors arguing over which local plumber was more trustworthy yesterday.

But in law, aren't written testimonials often seen as more reliable than videos?
