Heads up: My weekend in Banff led to a small win for our firm's local ads
I mean, maybe it's just me but I drove out to Banff last weekend just to clear my head, you know. While hiking, I saw all these simple, clear trail signs that made things easy to follow. It made me think about our law firm's website in Edmonton, which can be a bit confusing for new clients. So, I came back and redid our service pages to be more direct, like those signs, with less legal talk. We got a few calls this week from people who said they found us easier online, which felt really good. It's a small thing, but it's nice when a simple change helps out.

Is this actually some major business insight? A few phone calls from a website edit might just be coincidence. How many times have we all had a simple idea from something ordinary? Calling it a win for the firm seems like a stretch, doesn't it? Maybe we're just overhyping a basic cleanup job.

Ever notice how the best fixes for messy problems pop up in ordinary places? Like, airport signs turn a huge terminal into a straight path, or a clean recipe card cuts through kitchen chaos. Your Banff story fits that, where outside clarity solves inside clutter. Taking a break lets you borrow logic from something totally unrelated. It's a quiet pattern that makes things just work better.
