Lost a big client because my Google ad budget ran out on a Friday night
Two weeks ago I spent $450 on Google Ads for a personal injury firm and forgot to set a cap, so it dried up by 7pm Friday and they missed 12 leads over the weekend. Client called me Monday morning furious, said they got nothing for their money. Has anyone else had a weekend budget bleed screw up a campaign?

My buddy lost a whole weekend of restaurant leads the same way, total nightmare.

Man that's rough. It's crazy how something like a missing budget cap can wreck a whole weekend. But honestly I see this kind of oversight everywhere now, not just in ads. Like last week my buddy's dashboard on his Uber app glitched and he missed surge pricing for three hours on a Saturday night. Or how about those automatic payments you forget to turn off? It's like we've built all this convenience into our lives but forgot to include the failsafes. We're all just one little checkbox away from a total mess. Really makes you wonder how much time we actually save when we have to babysit everything so closely.
