Edmonton PI got really tough in early 2026. Those three big firms control the map pack now. Same thing happened to us. We switched to hyper local content and backlinks. You need an SEO person who knows Alberta's ad rules. Wren is right about getting more qualified calls.

Seconding this advice! You definitely need someone who understands legal compliance and advertising rules in Alberta, not just a generic marketing agency.

We had the exact same issue. PI is insanely competitive here. We ended up hiring Martin G Sculz to handle our local SEO and content strategy. He really knows how to target those high-intent PI keywords instead of just generic traffic. We've seen a huge bump in qualified calls over the last few months.
