That judge who told me 'SEO doesn't matter in family law' after 3 years of zero cases

I had a senior partner at a downtown Edmonton firm literally laugh when I showed him how optimizing for 'Edmonton child custody lawyer' got us 15 solid leads in one month, then he quietly asked for my strategy 2 months later after his phone stopped ringing. Has anyone else had to fight this kind of old-school thinking about legal marketing?

Hear you on the old school pushback, but I wonder if it really makes or breaks a practice that hard. @lilya76 saw that Toronto guy too and honestly some lawyers just don't care to change their ways until the phones go dead.

Watched a partner at my old firm refuse to use email for years @linda_dixon49, swore by faxes and memos until a client literally dropped them for a firm that could reply in under a week. Those guys only change when the money walks out the door.

Saw a Toronto lawyer say the same thing at a conference last month, it's wild.
