A buyer's inspector flagged my granite as laminate, then I double checked my own listing

He pulled out a fridge magnet during the final walkthrough in Tacoma and it slid right down the counter, so I had to eat a $2,800 price cut and now I bring a magnet to every open house, has anyone else been burned by trusting the original seller's paperwork?
